WOW… that’s about all I can say about your website. The presentation of your photographs is so clean … you can practically taste the crunch and smell the aroma of the dish… I get so hungry looking through your recipes! lol. I am going to attempt to make the flan recipe you posted… I love flan and have never attempted to make them for several years.. we’ll see how they turn out.
I am new at the blogging scene (www.myculinarycanvas.com)… and have just started posting about food… I don’t specialize in any particular cuisine… but I spend a lot of time pouring over recipe books and blogs such as yours. You truly do an amazing job on your site.. i hope I too can one day make my blog into something even half as good as the presentation is on your site.

Fish paste.
I like the fishpaste roll recipe on this website.
But i am a cook with health awarness how could i make a good fishpaste, without all the crab inside, anyone an idea? An what would be the cleanest fish to use in Malaysia….
