I am partial to all kinds of meatballs, there is just something so irresistible about ground meat shaped into balls. Every culture has its own version of meatballs.
My favorite has always been my fried meatballs, seasoned with Chinese 5-spice powder.
However, these juicy chicken meatballs are top notch and equally delicious.
They are so moist, with a perfect balance of flavors and so addictive.
Once you try one, you won’t stop eating!

Thanks for recipe! I want to try to make them tomorrow but don’t know what side dishes would go with them. Can you please give me some recommendations? Thanks!
Wow, you have my mouth watering. I am going to have to make a batch and see what my toddler thinks of them!
You will love these juicy chicken meatballs.
I love to print your recipes but I am legally blind & I have terrible time printing then. Is there any way that you could make it a little easier ? Thanks & God bless , Pop
Hi Robert, what do you mean? Do you mean you can’t read the pages after they are printed? The print recipe button is on top of the page, on the right hand side.
No mention of ginger in the recipe, how much ginger added to meatballs, grated ginger or a little ginger juice?
What dipping sauce did you use?
I’m wondering if I can just buy ground chicken at the Asian market we go to, or do you think it has to be blended this way? I haven’t bought ground chicken before, but I see it every time we go there. I have the junior Cuisinart food processor and it doesn’t hold much.
It’s best to blend everything as the other ingredients need to be incorporated with the chicken.
I hate frying, would the meatballs work baked?
Oohh.. this looks so good! Wondering if this can be prepared the night before? I am attempting to cook again 4 months post partum and recipes that can be prepared the night before will be really great!
