		<description>Mott - They would get soggy...I suggest you wrap the wontons on the same day you are going to deep fry them, preferably right after you wrap them. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Peeling water chestnuts shouldn&#039;t be that hard, just use the right peeler.
