		<description>Yeah Jaden...brought it back from Malaysia. I think that a Yakitori grill would work which are more available here in the USA. OR I lay a foil strip down in the grill adjacent to the hottest part of the fire, then you can lay the satay down so the skewers are protected. Soaking only helps but they will still burn!</description>

		<description>I&#039;ve been a reader for months and a fan.
We have a Christmas potluck at work and I thought I&#039;ll  try something special, after all
I figured my co-workers are tired eating Filipino food. I marinated the chicken and 
made spicy peanut sauce yesterday and prayed hard before I went to bed.
I&#039;m so excited to tell you that it was a SUCCESS.My husband grilled 6( I made 40)
for a test run and we are so happy about the result.Thanks to you and Chef Danhi.
The Chicken Satay was my first try cooking Malaysian cuisine and the first time
I used fresh galangal and lemongrass. It wouldn&#039;t be the last.
I enjoyed reading not only your recipes but stories specially about Nyonya.
Also your photograghy are awesome.You&#039;re a gem.Thank you very much!!</description>
