I've been a reader for months and a fan.
We have a Christmas potluck at work and I thought I'll try something special, after all
I figured my co-workers are tired eating Filipino food. I marinated the chicken and
made spicy peanut sauce yesterday and prayed hard before I went to bed.
I'm so excited to tell you that it was a SUCCESS.My husband grilled 6( I made 40)
for a test run and we are so happy about the result. Thanks to you and Chef Danhi.
The Chicken Satay was my first try cooking Malaysian cuisine and the first time
I used fresh galangal and lemongrass. It wouldn't be the last.
I enjoyed reading not only your recipes but stories specially about Nyonya.
Also your photograghy are awesome. You're a gem.Thank you very much!!

Elaine - yes, please take me. I said it in a general sense. I think Malay satays are generally better than Chinese ones, because of the deeper spice and taste structure. :)
