putu mayam in Singapore are sold like prepacked in clear plastic by Indian stalls.
I saw one Indian stall in Commonwealth/Tanglin Halt 10 storey market selling em.

a.k.a eedee apom. I learned to eat it with mutton curry when I met my husband – his family’s hari raya breakfast tradition. Utterly wicked!

They kinda look like a loose version of vietnamese banh hoi, which are normally prepared in thin sheet and wrapped with meat and herbs.
