		<description>Just made this recipe for dinner tonight. Though I&#039;m a real novice stir-fryer, your recipe was so easy to follow that it turned out great. It was super delicious! It is one of the best Asian meals I have made so far, and definitely one of the quickest and easiest too. I can&#039;t wait to try my hand at more of your great recipes!</description>

		<description>I&#039;ve had success from time to time replacing Shaoxing wine with brandy. Shaoxing wine isn&#039;t too hard to find though, and in some cases, you could even try asking your local Chinese restaurant if they&#039;ll sell you a bottle. It&#039;s a big tall brown bottle with a red label around it, at least the ones I&#039;ve used look like this.</description>
