		<description>Many of your recipes call for red chili&#039;s.  What kind of chili are you referring to?  The Asian market near me only carries Thai, serrano, and jalapeno chilis.  None of them are red, but I&#039;ve been using either Thai or serrano chilis as substitutes.  Thanks!</description>
