Weekend is coming up and I thought I would share a recipe from a cookbook “The 30 Best Recipes of Nutella.”
I know many fans and readers here love Nutella (click the link to check out my Nutella recipes).
It’s great timing that the PR company of this amazing cookbook got in touch with me.
After browsing through the 30 amazing recipes, I chose two recipes from the cookbook: Nutella Croissants and Nutella Truffles.
Both are amazing and if you love the hazelnut chocolate spread, then you will love the recipes in the cookbook.
This Nutella Croissants recipe is so easy to make you can practically make them in 30 minutes and it takes only 3 ingredients.
You don’t have to make the croissant from scratch…just run to the store and buy your favorite brand of puff pastry.
Roll out the puff pastry, cut the dough into triangle shapes, spread a layer of Nutella to your puff pastry, and then roll them up to be croissants and bake them.
20 minutes in the oven and you will have these amazingly flaky, yummy, nutty and chocolatey Nutella Croissants.
My picky-eater 4 years old came back from school and gobbled up 3 of the croissants.
I had to practically stopped him from eating.
The texture is so light, flaky, and crumbly and the Nutella filling just makes the croissants so much more interesting and tempting to eat.

Nutella Croissants
Ingredients
- 230 g (8 oz) ready-rolled puff pastry
- 150 g (5½ oz) Nutella
- 1 egg yolk (lightly beaten, for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F/Gas 4).
- Unroll a sheet of puff pastry on the work surface and cut into 6 triangles. For picture step-by-step, you can check out this post on Gimme Some Oven. Spread a layer of NUTELLA on each triangle and roll each pastry onto itself to form a mini-croissant.
- Brush the top with the egg yolk and bake for about 15 minutes or until the croissants turn light golden brown.
