Hi ! have been a follower of your wonderful blog for a long time now. Have a quick favor to ask, im making a trip to penang and was wondering if you could share some food recommendations please. mmm…. i’ve been holding off a trip to Penang for awhile, but it seems like this is just the push I need to taste original Penang CKT! And then try it back home =)

I live in a place where fresh Asian ingredients are hard to come by without having to travel. Would you recommend certain substitutions… such as Sriracha for the chillies?
