The pot stickers look great but like mama bok above me, I&#039;m wondering what kind of dipping sauce they use in Beijing and what your favorite is. I usually like a mix of lite soy, Chinkaing vinegar, sugar, chili oil, sesame oil and green onions. Mmm, wish i had some pot stickers right now. Enjoy Beijing!</description>
