I tried with your recipe last weekend. My Matcha icecream was a bit frosted. I left my vanila ice cream out for 15min because M’sia weather is quite hot and the ice cream was easy to melt. Any advice for that?

Hi,
I think this is an excellent idea because I just got some matcha from Narita’s airport. I have one slight concern. Will the melted ice cream turn harder than its original texture after the melting and reharderning process?

Very nice. You might consider making your own ice cream and using a great green tea, snow needles, or even an oolong. That’s very easy too.
