Anxiously bought a pie tee mould. First time trying. Turn out at first a little too thick.
Add a little water and turn out nice, crispy cups. Thanks.

I’d love to know where I could buy a mould for pie tee too! Does anyone know of anywhere in the UK that sells them? If there’s nowhere (which I heartily suspect), the names shops in KL or Penang would be really welcome too!

I did make some top hats according to the recipe and i wanted to keep it for CNY. It turned out quite good. Unfortunately, it became soft very fast altho I kept it in an air-tight container. Would you know the reason why?

Please let me know where you (Rasa Malaysia) bought your Kueh Pie Tee mould. You mentioned that in one of your blog comments. I would like to buy one but none of my friends has a clue where the mould is sold. Also, if you know where the mould is sold in Singapore, please provide that info as well.
