Nowadays, food has defined where I travel to, and eating local is a big part of all my travels. Through local cuisines, I’ve come to learn–and appreciate–the unique culture, traditions, and heritage that represent the places I go to. I came, I climbed, I conquered (despite multiple mishaps and bodily injuries*).
I can’t think of any words to describe The Great Wall of China. It’s simply beyond words. I was utterly speechless when I reached the top.
