Those smaller avocados are called Has avocados, I’ve heard that they are supposed to be better for you. They do taste better as well. They make the best guac.

Do we need to steam / warm the avocado before give it to bb ? Or just give bb the raw avocado ?
Understand that we gotta steam the apple / pear for bb between 6 – 8 months … thanks in advance. :)

Yes avos are really good. Testimony: I fed my 3rd child plenty of avo when I migrated to Aussieland and for a 4 y.o now I can say she has an elephant’s memory and really clever at most things. So..hurrah for Avos!!
