		<description>if you find either Kaset brand or Pine brand (in a red colour bag) they are great. The texture a lot chewier and it doesn&#039;t break easily after you cook. Pine brand is my most favorite one but it&#039;s very hard to find. Only in a selected Thai grocery but if you come across it, grab one and try it.</description>
