Oven Baked Zucchini Chips
Parmesan zucchini chips baked in the oven are one of my favorite snacks and I have the perfect recipe that produces crispy, crunchy and delicious zucchini chips that you just can’t stop eating. The active time of these zucchini Parmesan crisps is a painless 15 minutes.
How To Make Zucchini Chips
To make zucchini chips, you will need a kitchen tool called Mandolin slicer. Slice the zucchini to paper thin and mix with olive oil. Then coat the zucchinis generously with bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Bake them until they turn light to golden brown. I love them with Ranch dressing.
Healthy & Delicious
When zucchinis are in season, make sure you buy them at grocery stores and farmers markets. They are low-calorie and high in fiber, and has no cholesterol and unhealthy fats. This zucchini chips recipe is the best as the zucchinis are so thin, making them extra crispy, light and absolutely delicious.
