Watermelon Limeade
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 3 tablespoons agave nectar or sugar to taste
- 3 lbs (1.35kg) watermelon, seeded and cut into chunks
- 2-3 cups ice
- lime wedges
Instructions
- In a pitcher, add the lime juice and agave nectar, stir to mix well. Blend and puree the watermelon in a blender, strain the watermelon juice and discard the residue.
- Add the watermelon juice, ice and lime wedges into the pitcher, stir to mix well. Serve cold.
