Easy and quick Chicken And Bacon Quesadilla recipe brings a crispy tortilla filled with cheesy and flavorful meat. This delicious dish is perfect for quick lunch, dinner, or a satisfying appetizer.


– 1 cup chicken (cut into small pieces and season with salt and pepper) – ▢4 slices bacon (cut into small pieces ) – ▢2 bell pepper (cut into small pieces ) – ▢2 tablespoons ranch dressing (or any creamy dressing) – ▢4 flour tortillas – ▢2 cup shredded cheddar cheese – ▢2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Step 1

– Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add chicken, bacon, and bell pepper. Stir fry for 5 to 8 minutes or until the chicken meat is white and cooked through. Transfer to a bowl, add ranch dressing, and stir well to coat the ingredients evenly.

Step 2

– Place a tortilla slice in a nonstick frying pan and sprinkle 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese on it. Layered with the chicken and bacon mixture and another 1/2 cup of shredded cheese. Finally, cover it with a piece of tortilla slice on top.

Step 3

– Cook over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes with the lid covered, then flip over and cook the other side for an additional 3 to 4 minutes until the bottom of the quesadilla turns golden brown and the cheese melts in the center. (Repeat the same for the second quesadilla).

Step 4

– Dish out and serve with more ranch dressing on top if desired.
