Ingredients

– 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese slices – 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

Cut each slice into four equal squares and arrange them on a baking pan lined with parchment paper in a single layer. Make sure the cheese slices have enough space between each other. Sprinkle the garlic salt on top.

Step 3

Bake for 15 minutes and remove them from the oven. Let them cool down completely for about 5 minutes and enjoy. The cheese crackers become hard as they cool down.
