Garlic Butter Sauteed Zucchini - easy and healthy zucchini recipe that takes only 10 mins from starch to finish. Quick, fresh and delicious!


– 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted) – ▢1 clove garlic (finely minced) – ▢1 zucchini (about 8 oz. (226 g), cut into strips) – ▢1 pinch salt or to taste – ▢3 dashes ground black pepper – ▢1 teaspoon chopped Italian parsley – ▢3 slices lemon (cut into halves)

Step 1

– Heat up a skillet on medium heat. Add the melted butter and saute the garlic until slightly browned. Add the zucchini, stir a few times. Season with salt and black pepper.

Step 2

– Lightly toss and saute for about 2 minutes, but do not overcook the zucchini. Add the parsley and lemon. Stir for about 10 seconds, dish out and serve immediately.
