– 1 sheet puff pastry, cut into 4x4 inch squares – Scant 4 tablespoons mixed berry jam – Melted butter – Coarse sugar

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Add 1 scant tablespoon of jam in the middle of the puff pastry square.
