– Lo Mein noodles – Carrots – Cabbage – Snow peas – Red bell pepper – Garlic – Soy sauce – Sesame oil – Brown sugar – Vegetable broth – Cornstarch – Green onions

Step 1

Cook Lo Mein noodles according to package instructions, then set aside. In a wok or large skillet, heat sesame oil over high heat.

Step 2

Add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then add vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, vegetable broth, and cornstarch to make the sauce.

Step 4

Pour the sauce into the skillet with the vegetables and stir-fry for another minute or until the sauce has thickened.

Step 5

Add the cooked Lo Mein noodles to the skillet and toss until well combined. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
