Easy and quick Parmesan Crusted Potatoes take 10 minutes to prepare and are served perfectly as a side dish for dinner. The potatoes are crispy on the bottom while the inside is soft and tender.
Preheat oven to 400°F (205C°). Fill a saucepan halfway with water, add potatoes and boil for 5 minutes, drain and remove to a cutting board. Cut the potatoes in halves and set aside.
Combine melted butter, half of the grated cheese, salt, ground black pepper, Italian seasoning and paprika in a bowl, mix well. Pour into a 9"x9" square baking tray and evenly distribute the mixture with a brush.
Transfer the potatoes onto the baking tray in a single layer with the cut-side face down. Spread the rest of the parmesan cheese on top of the potatoes. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown and tender from the inside.
