Parmesan Broccoli

Parmesan Roasted Broccoli – easy delicious roasted broccoli recipe, with Parmesan cheese. 5 mins prep and 20 mins to dinner table.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. (340 g) broccoli florets, sliced horizontally
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 dashes ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (207°C).
  2. Toss the sliced broccoli with the olive oil and butter. Season with salt and black pepper. Transfer the broccoli to a baking sheet, in single layer, roast for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top of the broccoli, roast again until the cheese melts and slightly crusty, about 5 minutes.Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
