Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup apple juice
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup banana, about 1 banana
  • 1 cup non-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 2 tablespoons agave nectar

Instructions

  1. Add the apple juice, follow by frozen strawberries, banana, yogurt, ice and agave nectar in a blender. Blend it for about 10 seconds or until everything is blended. Pour the smoothie into glasses or mugs and serve immediately.
