  • 1 lb shrimp, shelled, deveined, tail-on
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • 1 pinch salt


  1. Marinate the shrimp with garlic, sweet chili sauce, lime juice, cilantro and salt. Stir to mix well.
  2. Thread 3 shrimps onto a bamboo skewers. Repeat the same until you make 10 skewers.
  3. Fire up a grill and grill the shrimp with direct heat. Grill and cook on both sides, until the shrimp are cooked and nicely charred. Serve immediately.

Recipe Notes

Soak bamboo skewers for 10 minutes before using.
