  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
  • 8 oz cherry tomatoes, cut into halves


  1. Combine the olive oil, garlic, balsami vinegar, sugar, salt, cayenne pepper, thyme and parsley together. Whisk to mix well. Toss the tomatoes with the dressing, gently stir around to coat the tomatoes well with the dressing. Serve immediately.
