Ingredients

  • 8 oz green beans
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 dashes ground white pepper or black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut off the top and bottom points of the green beans, rinse and set aside.
  2. In a pan, add the oil and saute the garlic until light brown. Add the green beans, salt and pepper and keep stirring until they are cooked. Transfer out to a serving plate and serve immediately.
