1 1/2cupsself raising floursifted
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (176°C). Butter a 8 x 4 inch (20 x 10cm)loaf pan, or line it with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, mix softened ice cream and flour together until well combined.
Scoop the mixture into the loaf pan and smooths out the surface.
Bake for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the loaf comes out clean.
Remove from the pan, allow to cool slightly, slice and serve immediately.
Notes
If you don't have self-raising flour, you can use all-purpose flour. For every cup of all-purpose flour, add 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Sift together.
