Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chocolate chips cookie dough ice cream or your favorite flavor of ice cream
  • 1 1/2 cups self raising flour sifted

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (176°C). Butter a 8 x 4 inch (20 x 10cm)loaf pan, or line it with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, mix softened ice cream and flour together until well combined.
  • Scoop the mixture into the loaf pan and smooths out the surface.
  • Bake for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the loaf comes out clean.
  • Remove from the pan, allow to cool slightly, slice and serve immediately.

Notes

If you don't have self-raising flour, you can use all-purpose flour. For every cup of all-purpose flour, add 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Sift together.
