  • 1 lb salmon
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon white and black toasted sesame seeds


  1. Preheat the oven to 400F.

  2. Mix the soy sauce, Thai sweet chili sauce, apple cider vinegar, honey and sesame oil together. Marinate the salmon with the mixture for 10-15 minutes, or until the oven is heated.

  3. Transfer the salmon to a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Coat the top of the salmon with the sesame. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Serve immediately.
