- 1 loaf French bread
- 3-4 cloves garlic pureed
- 4 tablespoons melted salted butter
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley leaves
- 1 cup shredded 3-cheese blend mozzarella, Monterey Jack, and cheddar
Preheat the oven to 400°F (207°C).
Slice the French bread into 1-inch (2.5cm) thick pieces. Lay them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Combine the garlic, butter and parsley leaves in a small bowl. Stir to combine well. Brush the butter mixture on the bread.
Top the bread with the 3-cheese blend. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes in the middle rack of the oven. Serve warm.
