- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 20 refrigerated cheese-filled tortellini classic cheese mini tortellini or regular-sized tortellini
- 24 oz (680g) pasta sauce
- 8 oz (230g) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley leaves
Heat oven to 375°F (190°C). Add the olive oil to a baking dish, spread to coat well.
Cook the tortellini in hot boiling water until they float to the top, about 1 to 2 minutes. Drain.
Toss the tortellini with the pasta sauce. Stir to mix well.
Sprinkle with the Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese, follow by the chopped parsley.
Bake uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes or until the cheeses melted and the top and edges turn golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
