Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 20 refrigerated cheese-filled tortellini classic cheese mini tortellini or regular-sized tortellini
  • 24 oz (680g) pasta sauce
  • 8 oz (230g) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley leaves

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 375°F (190°C). Add the olive oil to a baking dish, spread to coat well.
  • Cook the tortellini in hot boiling water until they float to the top, about 1 to 2 minutes. Drain.
  • Toss the tortellini with the pasta sauce. Stir to mix well.
  • Sprinkle with the Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese, follow by the chopped parsley.
  • Bake uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes or until the cheeses melted and the top and edges turn golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
