- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 20 refrigerated cheese-filled tortellini classic cheese mini tortellini or regular-sized tortellini (1 package)
- 1 jar pasta sauce (24 oz. /680g)
- 8 oz (226g) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley leaves
- Heat oven to 375°F. Add the olive oil to a baking dish, spread to coat well.
- Cook the tortellini in hot boiling water until they float to the top, about 1 to 2 minutes. Drain.
- Toss the tortellini with the pasta sauce. Stir to mix well.
- Sprinkle with the Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese, follow by the chopped parsley.
- Bake uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes or until the cheeses melted and the top and edges turn golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
