Watermelon Salad Recipe
Summer is in full bloom and it means ripe, juicy and sweet watermelon all summer long.
Watermelon salad with feta cheese is one of the best and most refreshing salad recipes ever and this is an easy recipe, submitted by my reader.
I love the combination of the ingredients and how easy it is to put together this watermelon salad. There is no cooking. If you buy pre-cut watermelon cubes, you don’t even have to lift a finger to slice and cut the watermelon.
The taste is utterly light, refreshing, bursting with the sweetness and juiciness of the watermelon. The strawberry adds a nice texture, while feta cheese and mint leaves complete the taste of this summer salad.
