Ingredients

  • 1 lb (500g) watermelon cut into cubes
  • 12 oz (350g) strawberries
  • 1 bunch mint leaves finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 1/3 cup feta cheese crumbles

Instructions

  • If using a whole watermelon, cut it into cubes.
  • Remove the caps and slice the strawberries in half or into quarters, depending on their size.
  • In a salad bowl, combine the watermelon, strawberries, mint leaves, honey, orange juice, and feta cheese. Serve immediately.
