Happy Memorial Day weekend! I am sure many of you are having a cookout, backyard BBQ or picnic with lots of foods. If you are firing up the grill for the first time this season, I have the most amazing shrimp kebab recipes for you!
When it comes to Summer, you can’t have a cookout or BBQ without shrimp. shrimp is the most popular seafood for good reasons: you can make them into mouthwatering shrimp skewers that everyone just can’t stop eating. These garlic butter shrimp kebabs are exactly what you need to please your crowd.
As shrimps are naturally briny and tasty, you need only the simplest ingredients: garlic, butter, lemon juice, pinch of cayenne pepper for some heat, and herb. Coat the garlic butter mixture on the shrimp, thread them on skewers and voila, party is on.
