Memorial day weekend marks the unofficial start of summer when everyone will be grilling up a storm in the backyard, sipping cold drinks such as coconut water lemonade, raspberry lemonade, or boozy watermelon-tequila cocktail.

it is late át night and maybe I just missed it, but do you buy honey sriracha butter or do you make it? Did not see any amounts listed for butter, honey or sriracha. This looks really good, but I have never seen flavored butter.
Thanks, I really enjoy your recipes.
This recipe is awesome! So easy, and delicious!! The butter is really easy to make.
Hi Christine, so glad that you enjoyed this honey sriracha shrimp recipe. :)
I am assuming you chop up and sprinkle the cilantro over the shrimp when it’s done cooking? No mention of what to do with cilantro in your directions. But trying this out tonight! Looks yummy!
The cilantro is just for photography, but yes you can add chopped cilantro on top of the shrimp. Good luck and I hope you enjoy the honey sriracha shrimp kebab.
