Matcha Latte

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons hot water
  • 1 tablespoon condensed milk
  • 1 cup 2% reduced fat milk or whole milk
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  • Add matcha powder and hot water to a bowl. Stir well with a bamboo whisk or a handheld frother until the matcha powder fully dissolves in the water. Set aside.
  • Mix condensed milk with milk in a cup, stirring until the condensed milk is completely dissolved.
  • Fill the glass with one cup of ice and pour in the milk mixture. Add the matcha mixture on top and stir well before serving.
