- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- 2 1/2 tablespoons hot water
- 1 tablespoon condensed milk
- 1 cup 2% reduced fat milk or whole milk
- 1 cup ice
Add matcha powder and hot water in a bowl. Stir well with a bamboo whisk or a handheld frother. Keep stirring until the matcha powder fully dissolves in the water. Set aside.
Mix condensed milk with milk in a cup, stir to combine well or until the condensed milk dissolves completely.
Fill the glass with one cup of ice and pour the milk mixture. Add the matcha mixture on top, stir well before serving.
