Ingredients

  • 8 oz (250 grams) sharp cheddar cheese slices
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • Cut each slice into four equal squares and arrange them on a baking pan lined with parchment paper in a single layer. Make sure the cheese slices have enough space between each other. Sprinkle the garlic salt on top.

Tips:
    1. Cut the cheese slices into small, equal squares and place them on the baking pan in a single layer, with 2 inches (5 cm) of space between each square to allow them to expand while baking.
    2. Line the baking pan with parchment paper to prevent the cheese crackers from sticking to the pan.
    3. Bake the cheese crackers in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 15 minutes. Do not increase the temperature or overbake the cheese crackers, or they become burnt and taste bitter
