These Air Fryer Korean Chicken Wings are juicy and coated in a sweet and spicy gochujang sauce. With just 12 minutes of air frying time, they’re an easy, flavor-packed meal that rivals your favorite Korean takeout.
In a bowl, mix the chicken wings and garlic well to infuse the garlic flavor into the chicken.
Add salt, black pepper, gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, rice wine, and sesame oil. Marinate for 15–20 minutes.
Place the marinated chicken wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Spoon the leftover marinade over the wings, then air fry at 190°C (375°F) for 8 minutes.
Flip the chicken wings, brush them with a little oil, and air fry at 190°C (375°F) for another 4 minutes.
Plate the chicken wings, save the dripping from the air fryer basket, and brush them over the wings. Top with sesame seeds.
