  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 2-2 ½ tablespoons Gochujang Korean red chili paste
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon oil for brushing
  • white sesame seeds for garnishing

Instructions

  • Place the marinated chicken wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Spoon the leftover marinade over the wings, then air fry at 190°C (375°F) for 8 minutes.
  • Flip the chicken wings, brush them with a little oil, and air fry at 190°C (375°F) for another 4 minutes.
  • Plate the chicken wings, save the dripping from the air fryer basket, and brush them over the wings. Top with sesame seeds.
