Ingredients

  • 250 g ground pork
  • ½ cup cabbage thinly shredded
  • 1 stalk scallion cut into rings
  • ½ tablespoon soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon fish sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • spring roll pastry
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine the ground pork, cabbage, scallions, soy sauce, fish sauce, and black pepper. It's best to use your hands to mix everything thoroughly.
  • Place about 2 teaspoons of filling near the edge of a lumpia wrapper. Roll tightly and seal the edge with a cornstarch mixture or egg wash.
  • Lightly brush oil on the bottom of the air fryer basket. Arrange the lumpia in a single layer without overlapping. Brush the tops with oil and air fry at 190°C (375°F) for 10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • Enjoy hot with your favorite chili sauce or banana ketchup for dipping.
