- 350 g cauliflower florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt scant
- ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- chopped parsley or chives for garnishing, optional.
In a large bowl, mix the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, ground black pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese until evenly coated.
