Ingredients

  • 5 medium-sized tomatoes sliced into halves, about 350g (12.3oz)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • chopped chives or parsley for garnishing

Instructions

  • Slice the tomatoes in half.
  • In a bowl, toss the tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  • Arrange the tomatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and air fry at 190°C (375°F) for 8–10 minutes.
    Pro Tip: Smaller tomatoes take about 8 minutes; larger ones may need 10 minutes.
  • Plate the roasted tomatoes and garnish with chopped chives or parsley.
