- 12 pieces bacon

Wrap the bacon around each scallop and secure it tightly with a metal skewer. You can thread two scallops onto a skewer if desired. Season both surfaces of the scallops with salt and cayenne pepper.
Heat the grill and place the bacon-wrapped scallops on it. Keep turning the scallops until the bacon is charred, brown, and slightly crispy.
Turn the skewers so the bacon is grilled over direct heat. Grill until the bacon is nicely charred all around. Serve immediately.
