Instructions
In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, Chinkiang black vinegar, chili oil, sesame oil, sugar, cilantro (or scallions), and sesame seeds.
Stir until the sugar dissolves and everything is well mixed. Serve immediately or keep chilled until ready to use.
