- 7 oz gailan
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ¾ tablespoon oyster sauce
Trim off and discard the thick stem from each gailan stalk, then cut the remaining gailan in half.
Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds, or until fragrant.
Add the gailan and give it a few quick stirs to combine with the garlic.
