Ingredients

  • 2 oz (60g) soba noodles
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds lightly toasted
  • chopped scallion for garnishing

Sweet Ginger Sauce:

  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon ginger minced
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • ½ teaspoon chili oil
  • ½ teaspoon rice wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients for the Sweet Ginger Sauce in a bowl and set aside.
  • Cook the soba noodles according to the package instructions. Drain thoroughly and rinse under cold water.
  • Add the sauce and sesame seeds, then toss the noodles thoroughly. Garnish with chopped scallions and serve immediately.
