Instructions
Cut the salmon into 1 inch (2.5cm) cubes. Transfer to a bowl and season with olive oil, pinch of salt and ground black pepper. Thread 3 pieces of salmon into each skewers.
Mix the garlic, melted butter, lemon juice and herb together. Make sure the butter is fully melted and mix well with the other ingredients.
Fire up a grill and grill the salmon for about 1 to 2 minutes on each side, or until cooked. Transfer the grilled salmon kebab to a platter and drizzle the garlic butter on the salmon. Serve immediately.
Notes
If you use a bamboo skewer, soak the skewers in cold water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning while grilling. If you don't have a grill, you may cook the salmon on a grill pan.
