Instructions
Cut the salmon into 1-inch (2.5 cm) cubes. Transfer them to a bowl and season with olive oil, a pinch of salt, and ground black pepper. Thread three pieces of salmon onto each skewer.
Mix the garlic, melted butter, lemon juice, and herbs together, ensuring that the butter is fully melted and well combined with the other ingredients.
Preheat the grill and cook the salmon for about 1 to 2 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Transfer the grilled salmon kebabs to a platter and drizzle the garlic butter over them. Serve immediately.
Notes
If you use a bamboo skewer, soak the skewers in cold water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning while grilling. If you don't have a grill, you may cook the salmon on a grill pan.
