Ingredients

  • 1 bunch mint leaves
  • 2 cups bottled coconut water
  • 5 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 100 ml white rum
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 cups ice

Instructions

  • Place the mint leaves in a jar and muddle it by pounding and twisting on the mint leaves lightly. Add the coconut water, lime juice, white rum and sugar.
  • Stir to combine well, or until the sugar dissolves. Add the ice and serve the coconut mojito immediately.
